FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Boulder, CO January 5, 2022 – Lingoport releases significant updates to its suite of software, helping development teams and enterprises reach worldwide customers with internationalized and localized software in every sprint and release.
Lingoport Suite includes:
- Globalyzer for continuous internationalization (i18n)
- Localyzer “No touch” automation from software repository to translator and back again, with no developer hassle.
- LocalyzerQA automates linguistics review of web, mobile and desktop applications in context without requiring developer assistance
See https://lingoport.com/products for an overview as well as specific product pages.
What’s New: With this suite release, code-named Ireland, new features include:
Globalyzer’s expanded continuous i18n support for the Go programming language, as well as refined i18n detection for JavaScript and C#. This pinpoints i18n issues in source code before they become bugs that block localization.
Localyzer now supports Google Translate and Microsoft Translator in addition to Amazon and SYSTRAN for direct machine translation. There are also enhancements to language pack management that enable precise control of translation file delegation.
LocalyzerQA adds source string editing, letting product and globalization managers edit source (usually English) strings for better presentation and translation results. Additionally, when using machine translation, QA edits are now returned to the translation engine to continuously improve translation quality. When linguistic QA is easy and automated, translation can move much faster and earlier in development efforts.
“With every release, we’re driven to bring seamless globalization to software teams so they reach worldwide customers in their preferred languages and formats.” explained Adam Asnes, Lingoport’s CEO. “Translation automation needs for software development are high-value for development velocity and building relationships with global users. That’s where we aim.”
Security improvements, including fixes for Log4J vulnerabilities are included.
