What if software translation was immediately delivered at practically zero cost, but it was quick and easy to edit fully in context? The software localization process would change from always waiting or lagging behind for translation to translating immediately, fixing it in a couple of days right in the software (not screenshots) – then updating the machine translation or translation memory. There would be no minimum charges. Machine translation would just get better. Localization would be truly agile. Regional teams could have proactive input on translations.
